Tecno Pop 6 Go mobile was launched on 22nd December 2020. The phone comes with a 6.0-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 720×1600 pixels at a pixel density of 269 pixels per inch (ppi) and an aspect ratio of 20:9. Tecno Pop 6 Go is powered by a 1.8GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio A25 processor. It comes with 2GB of RAM. The Tecno Pop 6 Go runs Android 10 and is powered by a 5000mAh battery.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Tecno Pop 6 Go on the rear packs 5 megapixel + AI lens camera. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It sports an 5 megapixel camera on the front for selfies.

The Tecno Pop 6 Go runs HiOS 6.2 is based on Android 10 and packs 32GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card with a dedicated slot. The Tecno Pop 6 Go is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. The Tecno Pop 6 Go measures 165.60 x 76.30 x 9.10mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 193.00 grams. It bears a plastic body.

Connectivity options on the Tecno Pop 6 Go include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, Bluetooth v4.20, Micro-USB, 3G, and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India). Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor. The Tecno Pop 6 Go supports face unlock.
