PREPARATION METHOD:
– Put Clean water in a pot. Bring to just boiling then switch off the heat.
– Gradually add Iyinolu Ijebu Garri to hot water. Constantly mix it until you get a consistent dough-line texture. Be careful not to cook over heat as this will over cook it.
– Serve with soup or stew of your choice. Enjoy !
You can also drink Iyinolu Garri with Cold water, Groundnut, Milk and Sugar.
